On New Lines

Type the following at the beginning of an empty line, then press Space:

*, -, or + : Bulleted list
[] : To-do checkbox (Note: just the characters, no Cmd/Ctrl)
1. : Numbered list
# : H1 heading
## : H2 heading
### : H3 heading
> : Toggle list
" : Quote block
--- : Divider (three hyphens)

Inline

Wrap text with ** or __ for Bold.
Wrap text with * or _ for Italics.
